There is not available HeidiSQL for MacOS.
You can use Wine to run HeidiSQL or use similar tool called Sequel Pro.

Installation steps:
  1. open https://sequelpro.com/download#auto-start
  2. save and open *.dmg file
  3. run application by clicking on *.app file
