In IntelliJ IDEA 14+:

  1. go to:
     File -> Settings -> Editor -> Code Style -> Java -> Imports
  
  2. set options:
     `Class count to use import with '*'` to 999 or more
     `Names count to use static import with '*'` to 999 or more
  
  3. remove items from `Packages to Use Import with '*'`
  
  4. accept changes
