Linux bash - pause script before close terminal

How do I pause the linux script?

For example when I execute normal script like this:

It exits right after echo print this text and I would like to pause the console and allow user to read the output I print in console. After user ends reading / using this console program, he can exit by clicking exit button or any other way.
