Is there a way to comment / uncomment queries in HeidiSQL using a keyboard shortcut?

There is no comment / uncomment keyboard shortcut in HeidiSQL. However, you can create your own shortcut in Tools -> Preferences -> Shortcuts -> SQL -> Un/comment.
