In this short post, we would like to show you how to add new page based on current page in confluence.

  1. Open current confluence page
  2. Click on '...' (3 dots in top right corner of the page)
  3. Click 'Copy'
  4. Now we will see new popup window with 'Space' and 'Parent page' fields
  5. 'Space' and 'Parent page' should be filled based on current page
  6. Click 'Copy' button
  7. Our new page based on current one is created
  8. Now we can change the name of our newly created page
  9. Make changes on our new page
  10. Click 'Publish' and that's all :)
